The work, decision by decision

What the site does

Grades peptide compounds on evidence strength and safety, separately, with citations to the primary research behind each grade. Explains what the human data actually shows, as distinct from what animal studies or marketing claims suggest. Carries no store, no vendor codes, and no sponsor relationships.

Who it is for

Built in conjunction with Dr. Matt Zanis, PT, DPT as a resource for his own clients, and available to anyone doing their own research before making a decision with a clinician.

The clinic model concept

This page also covers a separate clinic model concept (physician directed, compliance first peptide care), kept apart from the site itself, which sells nothing. It is timed to a 2026 change in the federal compounding rules that reopened a set of peptides to compounding pharmacies, and requires a Medical Director, licensed prescribing providers, licensed compounding pharmacy partners, and a HIPAA-grade platform before it serves a single customer, carrying no efficacy or outcome claim in any channel. As of this record the concept is in scoping, not a launched clinic.

What it does not do

Where the site reports what users describe about their own use, it labels it reported, not prescribed, and none of it is repeated here. The site's own position is that the evidence gap in this space is not a cover-up, it is a blank, and it says so plainly rather than filling the blank with a claim it cannot support.

What it produced

A live, independent research resource at groundtruthpeptides.com, built as a reference for Matt's clients and open to anyone doing their own research.
