Peak Performance: an exploration into peptides, health apps and genetic testing

The situation

This room is an exploration into peak performance: peptide research, a personal health data vault, and genetic testing, built in conjunction with Matt and his company Rooted in MVMNT, a concierge performance physio practice for founders, operators and athletes.

Three pieces make up the work. Health Vault is a personal health data vault: bloodwork, imaging, genetics and more in one member owned surface, including a genome comparison against a member's own supplements and against another profile they choose to link. GroundTruth is an independent peptide research app; its page here also covers a separate clinic model concept, timed to a 2026 change in the federal compounding rules. Rooted in MVMNT is the standing consulting agreement that this work runs under.

The work is tested with a cohort of elite and tactical athletes through Rooted in MVMNT. Personal health data, genome results and any individual's information stay private; this room describes the method and the build, not anyone's results.
