It sells nothing. Every compound is graded on two separate axes, how strong the human evidence actually is and how safe it actually is, with the reasoning shown rather than a single blended score.
This page also covers a separate clinic model concept (physician directed, compliance first peptide care), kept apart from the site itself, which sells nothing. The concept is timed to a 2026 change in the federal compounding rules and is in scoping, a working idea under evaluation, not a launched clinic.
